CityScape Real Estate was started after spending 12 years in Sales and Marketing for Nestle USA and Informlink where I was Vice President in charge of Sales, Marketing and Client Service. I have taken my corporate experience and combined it with my Minnesota upbringing to build a company that puts client satisfaction as our top priority. CityScape was created after my wife Samantha and I moved to San Diego in 2001 and had a less than desirable experience during our own home purchase which only solidified my belief that there has to be a better way to represent buyers and sellers. I have a B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Business Economics which along with my experience has made me a knowledgeable expert in the Business of Real Estate.

I reside in a 1935 Spanish in the El Cerrito Neighborhood with my wife Samantha, our two dogs Hanz and Kali and Aruba the cat.

Brad, a Minnesota native, learned the importance of customer service from his parent’s family-owned business. With over 9 years of experience in the financial markets including securities trading and mortgage banking, he is able to provide valuable insight into the ever-changing Real Estate market. Prior to joining Cityscape Real Estate, Brad served as Founder, President & CEO of North American Home Detailing, Inc. a company specializing in prep to sell services for residential property. Brad lives in Pacific Beach with his wife Amy and dog Cajun.
