CityScape Real Estate takes great pride in being part of the greater San Diego community and has decided that socially responsible real estate is one way that we could give back to this great community. We have been fortunate to place many families in beautiful homes within desired communities throughout greater San Diego Area, allowing us to grow during these challenging economic times. We attribute our continued success to our knowledge and professional service. Now we feel the time has come for us to give back to the community:

CityScape Real Estate is proud to be announcing the launch of our Community Contribution Program-Commission for Charity.

Commission for Charity is a program where a donation of 10% of total commission earned by CityScape Real Estate on each eligible transaction will be made in the clients’ name to the charity of their choice at the close of escrow through a reduction in our commission, provided the client signs a donation agreement addendum. All donations are made at the clients’ discretion, and in no way implies or constitutes a relationship between CityScape and any partner organization. The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) mandates that all donations are voluntary and are at the discretion of CityScape clients, and that no finders or referral fee will be paid to any non-DRE licensed organization. In order to meet eligibility requirements, a transaction must involve a 2.5% or greater commission paid to CityScape Real Estate for the transaction.
